- Full time over 4 days, part time 2 or 3 full days, no late evenings or weekends
- Remuneration commensurate with experience, well above award

Duties include:
- Greeting patients on arrival, checking them in and making them feel welcome
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries
- Appointment scheduling / rescheduling and follow up
- Ability and knowledge to triage patients in order to run efficient sessions
- Processing claims and payment via Hicaps
- Maintaining accurate patient records
